We initially joined Mr. Mostiler's Taekwondo Plus so our 11 yr. old (he was 8 at the time) could try it out. He loved it and is now a 2nd degree black belt and a trainee instructor. My wife and I started taking about a year and a half ago, and our 5 yr. old started about 9 months ago. It is a great family environment. Mr. Mostiler and his well trained staff are truly dedicated to helping their students become skilled martial artists and well rounded people. There is a strong focus on the kids as they learn self defense, as well as how to be respectful, honorable, and to have integrity. I highly recommend Mr. Mostiler's Taekwondo Plus.
